Each session is 45 minutes and is conducted virtually through video or phone, making therapy accessible and flexible. Within individual therapy, I can help with a wide variety of concerns, including depression, anxiety, trauma, relationship struggles, loneliness, life transitions, and many more. Therapy can be a powerful tool for personal growth and self-discovery – helping you uncover new perspectives, strengthen your sense of self, and move toward the life you want to live.
